Terms and Conditions
Kootenay Lake Gallery.com requires the agreement to the following terms and conditions to show and sell items on this website.
1. The artist/seller agrees that while an item is listed on Kootenay Lake Gallery.com, if a sale is made from another source the artist/seller will give Kootenay Lake Gallery.com twenty-four hours notice before releasing the item to allow time to show it as sold on the website.
2. The artist/seller agrees to pay a one time fifty dollar setup fee which allows an unlimited number of items to be shown.
3. The artist/seller agrees to pay a thirty percent commission on any item sold as a result of being shown on this website.
4. Kootenay Lake Gallery.com will release the balance of the money on confirmation of the funds being on deposit with PayPal. No item will be shipped until funds are verified. The purchaser will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
5. If the artist/seller has their own website a link can be established between sites. Kootenay Lake Gallery.com holds no claim to any sales made as a result of those links; commissions will only be paid on items shown on Kootenay Lake Gallery.com.
6. All items will be juried before being shown on Kootenay Lake Gallery.com.
